Maxlite® 5 Carry-On Rolling Underseat Bag

The carry on itself is fabulous. Easy to use, all the right pieces to make it a #1 essential. The trolley strap on the back is close to worthless. It has VERY little give and takes too much effort to get it over the handle of the Travel Pro Platinum Elite(which is a fabulous suitcase!!) Then, when you need to remove it from riding on top of the suitcase it is a mini gymnastics routine-it has to be tilted just so-WAY TOO MUCH EFFORT to use it when I am taking another suitcase along. SO disappointed. I love Travel Pro but this trolley strap has totally frustrated me. No thank you.

Great size for under the seat on the airplane. The bag has all the neat features I needed. I have bought Travelpro for a long time. My husband worked for an airline. We use nothing but Travelpro luggage.

The bag is fine. The duplicitous advertising on the discounted price, and the lackluster customer service on resolving the confusion about the price, was reprehensible.
