Maxlite® 5 Carry-On Rollaboard®

They shipped it to me by Fedex. The package was delayed and by the time it was supposed to make it to my apartment, I had already moved. Travelpro refused to do anything about it and simply told me to contact Fedex. I spent days trying to speak to a human at Fedex as they force you to speak to an AI machine that gives you canned responses. After hours of trying I eventually spoke to a human at Fedex… who told me to contact Travelpro for help. And so on. I never got the package. $165 wasted. Won’t be buying from this company again

We have always used Travelpro rollaboards and have never been disappointed. They are rugged, durable, and easy to navigate. We have always used the Crew rollaboards, with great satisfaction. We recently bought a Maxlite International for an overseas trip and loved it, for the weight and the amount it holds, compared to a spinner. I decided to replace my Crew 4 rollaboard (which stills works fine)with this one. It holds the same amount, but with half the weight! So much easier to get in the overhead. We're very pleased with this purchase.

I like the luggage but that’s for a regular passenger. I’m a fly crew. I thought I was buying flight crew luggage, but it was the wrong kind of luggage but it’s a nice piece of luggage. That’s why I returned it because it’s not a flight crew l luggage.
