Disappointment

I’ve been a travel pro luggage user for over a decade. I feel like the quality of this bag gets worse and worse as the years go on. I’ve also never used any of the warranties and this is at least my fourth version of this bag. this may be my last bag purchased with your company.

I liked the layout for my dresses and suits. The wheels should be able to rotate…that would help a great deal in transport both on and off the airplane. Otherwise with my underseat case and this garment bag I recently packed 9 dresses 5 pair of pants 2 jackets, 4 tops/shirts. In the underseat i had 3pair of shoes ,and a short pair of boots packed with belts and underwear. 2 sweaters, cosmetics, pantyhose, curling iron , hairbrushs and hair accessories in one outside pocket , and eye makeup and sunscreen in another side pocket.

Just okay

This rolling garment bag is okay, not great. Capacity is pretty good, but the would be MICH better with spinner 4 wheels so it rolls beside me when walking thru the airport. As it is, my heel constantly hits the bag as it rolls behind me unless I intentionally hold/roll the bag away from my stride, which is uncomfortable for my arm. Also, the extension handle often gets caught and does not extend fully. Very annoying!
