Platinum® Elite Carry-On Spinner Tote

I paid fill price for this item and disappointed it did function perfectly. The design, size, etc. are great for my needed. I was using it to transport my CPAP sleep apnea machine during my travel. I purchased it due to its warranty, size, and having four spinner wheels. Within a few minutes of using it for the first time, the extended handle would give and either slide down on one side or the entire handle would become unlocked and start to slide down. I am hoping this is a one-off issue and not all of them have the same design problem. The exact problem happened everything I used it through my entire trip - very disappointing. For the money I spent, I am disappointed. and will either return it within the 100 days or see if they can send me a new one with a new 100-day warranty. The reason I purchased this was to using it through airports with my new elite laptop back back hanging off the extended handle. By the way, see my backpack review - that item is fantastic. and worth every penny I paid full price.

Love it! Have not had a chance to use it yet, but will in a couple weeks. It’s perfect, it rolls and spins effortlessly!

The piece was excellent and nice quality. Rolls effortlessly across the floors. Returned do to being slightly smaller than intended. Ordered platinum elite carry-on instead
