Detailed and laid out perfectly. He did a awesome job on this meal plan. I also got the Bro Split routine and same goes for that as well. He took his time on these and I’m sure the same goes for everything he puts out.

Very simple and easy to follow for those trying to cut. You don't have to count or out thought onto it.
