I got exactly what was depicted. Unfortunately, it turns out that the gem holder is glued onto the ring, and I learned this the hard way one day when I tugged at it to get it off. Thankfully, it's an easy fix with some Gorilla Glue or whatever other brand of super glue there is. I'm deducting a star for this one problem. The "mood stone" changes colors fine, though.
