Good Hardware, Not Good Service

Tried to contact the support center over multiple days. Rang off the hook, I left a message for a call back, and multiple times the line was picked up and hung right up. I spoke with two different Andrew’s at customer service to verify the numbers called, even when they transferred me - no luck. The door is still not put together because I am concerned that my sizing will be effected by the hardware.
