Surprise!! Splices!!

Quality of material seemed fine, material was high density foam and adhesive seemed adequate, However,,,,,,, all three 20 foot rolls had multiple splices. Each 20 foot roll is NOT a continuous homogeneous roll of material. Splices will pull apart if stretched. Splice tape material is hard and will make a difference in compacting if using foam as a gasket seal. My application was a RV 72" by 18" overhead front window so I needed almost 16 continuous feet. I left multiple voicemails to support but never received a return call. WAS NOT HAPPY. I was out of time before RV trip so had to use it. I removed splice tape material so material would have uniform compactness and pushed foam joints together before allowing adhesive to touch frame surface, thus hoping when squeezed between frame and window, the foam material at joints would squeeze/force together hard enough to be waterproof. Only time will tell.
