This particular batch was DREADFUL

I have purchased this item a few different times from this company. This last batch was rancid I believe. As soon as I added water to it (which I always do) it turned into a thick, undrinkable gel-like-substance. I tried to consume it, but It was so putrid I had to spit it out! I have tried calling the company, and even left a message, but I have not heard back. I want so badly to give a higher review because the product in the past was exceptional. Given that this time there was something wrong with the product, and not having the company contact me back to try and resolve this issue, i felt it necessary to write this review. I truly hope someone sees this and can help me rectify this situation.

I use this for my dog it helps her to breath as she has collapse tracheal. It works very well.
