Replacement Cabinet Drawer Box - 10 1/2" Height

I placed a ~$700 order for drawer boxes in late June 2021. Due to Covid I had to wait until the beginning of September to receive the boxes. Upon arrival I was disappointed to find several small issues - some due to damage during shipping, some due to oversight on the production line (I ordered scoop handles, but they were not cut into the drawer boxes). I reached out to customer service and heard back almost immediately from Chris M. Chris apologized for the issues and insisted that Cabinet Doors 'N' More would like to rectify the issues. He had production expedite construction of replacement boxes. Sixteen days later I received new boxes that were all correct per my original order. I installed the boxes shortly thereafter and am very pleased. They look great and are very sturdy. More importantly, my wife is exceptionally happy with her now organized kitchen.
