Methyl B12 with L-Methylfolate

Great product

While it is always difficult to truly know how a supplement is working, I trust this company and have made this one part of my daily routine. And it tastes good :)

Excellent Product! (with a 'heads up' for fine-tuning slow COMT)

This is an excellent product. Because of my slow COMT though, I ended up putting this aside and purchasing separate B12 and Methylfolate (Seeking Health's Hydroxo-B12 and a separate L-Methylfolate (400 mcg size)), so I could titrate the doses separately. I love that Seeking Health allows one to customize the methylation support giving the challenge of balancing very slow MTHFD1 & slow MTHFR with slow COMT!

Love these!

When I need a little more energy. I reach for one of these tablets.
