Van Gogh tea cups

Item was very poorly packaged. Still no reply on a replacement after a very long time.

I ordered a mug for my friend's birthday, and it exceeded my expectations. It's a very beautiful mug, and thank you for the lovely packaging. I want to order the same mug for myself.

I received my Van Gogh cup set today, but unfortunately one spoon and one saucer arrived broken. And also I received only 3 from 6 of the full sett. The package seems to have been damaged during shipping. I have attached photos as proof. I would kindly ask for a replacement of the damaged items or a partial refund for them. Thank you for your help and understanding. I look forward to your reply.
