Our hot tub is 16 years old but sound. We replace parts as they wear out. Jets are hard if not impossible to find. But CNY Hot Tubs had the jets we needed AND the responsive owner provided guidance on installation of the reasonably-priced, redesigned jets. Next time I need a part, I’ll try CNY Hot Tubs first!
