Modest Wedding Dress with Long Sleeves ARLEEN

It's beautiful but

The top is not fitted at all, the arm pits are too tight, the chest is too big it's gapping, and the there is so much fabric in the shoulders I can take off two inches..it'll cost another $700 in alterations Besides the measurements the dress is very detailed and pretty

Beautiful, Modest Dress

It was a beautiful dress, and I felt mostly comfortable in it on our wedding day. The outer layer of toulle with lace stitched on it was about two inches longer than the hem of the fabric of the dress (which fit my height.) I did need to go to a second seamstress who was experienced and confident enough to cut the toulle to my size and restitch the lace, so that I would not trip. I could wish that the bodice was of a slightly more giving material, as it was very stiff, and could not easily be altered. (I chose size 8, and chose to have it altered afterwards.) But I felt beautiful and my husband loved the dress! I loved the sleeves! I had a friend at our wedding take a picture to show how beautiful the style was to her daughter, who was about to be married.

Fully Covered and Stunning

This dress was exactly what I was looking for: fully-covered, lace-detailed, and elegant. I look forward to wearing it for my December wedding.
