I love the Cape "D" Blend! It is a very smooth cup of coffee. I like to use about 1 super-heaping scoop per 6-oz cup of water to get a rich flavor without making it bitter. The beans stay oily and delicious longer than I expected, which is great because I have this delivered to Phoenix 2-3 bags at a time! I also enjoyed the Shoalwater Blend (using only a regular-heaping scoop per 6-oz cup), so if you like that one, you should also like Cape "D."

I've been buying your coffee, on & off, for years. Always so good! Smooth & perfect. Just wish you still had Tanzania Peaberry & Papua New Guinea!
