Very responsive customer service. George was very knowledgeable and helpful. This hatch replaced my original hatch and is a much better design. Tight and ribbed to give the cover a better stiffness to resist an implosion. Great company.

Priced Right, Fits Too Tight

The replacement lid was priced reasonably compared to others. When I received the lid it looked like the wrong size. After several minutes of heating it with a heat gun, making it soft, I was able to stretch it over the opening.
