First, I want to praise your customer service, your accuracy, your speed of delivery. I was completely impressed with efficiency of getting the product to me-no question about your service!!!! Excellent!! I have used your products and your Freeze and Shine for at least 15+ years and have been completely satisfied!! BUT, I AM NOT NOW!!! Let me also say I shared your Freeze and Shine with my daughter. I purchased your Liter of hair spray on your website online. Since the first spray of this PM Freeze and Shine spray my hair has not done well!! My daughter commented to me one day and said I don't know what is wrong with this PM spray but I can't do anything with my hair, it is breaking my hair off and I'm not using it again! It has also caused problems with my hair and it feels like wire and makes it feel dirty. We even got out the bottle to be sure it was what I ordered. We couldn't believe it!! This is not the same product we have always gotten in the salon. Something is wrong or you have changed your formula. I truly am not satisfied with this product and it has given me a bad taste for Paul Mitchell. I paid $25 + $10 extra to get product delivered faster. I am just so not pleased with what you've done to your product!!! I don't like to have to write a review like this but you have sent me this email several times to give a review!
