Bamboo Hairbrush

Correction request

I recently sent an email to your company and still have not back. Please see below. Dear Franesco Palmieri, I recently received my order (#8230), but the brushes I received are not the same as the one I purchased from you last spring. The brush I originally bought—and the one still shown on your website—has a solid bamboo handle, a black bristle backing, and measures about 8 ½" long by 2 ½" wide. That’s the brush I love and hoped to buy again for my daughters. However, the two brushes I received are different. They have striped bamboo handles, a white bristle backing, and are noticeably larger. I wasn’t able to find this version on your website. I would like to exchange the two larger brushes for the same model as my original brush. Could you please advise me on the next steps for making this exchange? Thank you for your help.

Bamboo brush

I like the brush a lot and use it daily. I like the way it massages my head as I am brushing my hair.
