Quality bed

Great bed. Very quality made with real wood. The instructions were fairly easy to follow but there was one section for applying the sides of the bed that was a little difficult to understand and made attaching the ladder a problem bc we had done it wrong the first time. I am so pleased with how well everything is constructed. This is by far the nicest bed in our house. Other frames we gotten had been off cheaper sites and the lack of quality shows. I am so happy with this purchase and love that we have flexibility to convert this into two singles if we choose.

Strong, dizzying smell from the paint

The bed we received had such a strong smell that adults felt dizzy when this bed was in the room. Babyletto customer support advised letting it cure for two weeks outside, so we spent 10 days bringing all the pieces to the balcony and back whenever there was a rain forecast. The bed still smells terrible, and Babyletto arranged a complimentary pickup and replacement. Their customer support is amazing and is doing its best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the time we have invested in this bed will make us reconsider purchasing Babyletto beds in the future.

Bad Delivery

I waited more than a month for it to be delivered. It came with a broken piece and I am still waiting for the replacement for more than another month!!!
