I typically wear between a size S and M in women's and I got this in a size S. It is nice and oversized, a bit long for my taste but comfy. The material is nice and thick.

Perfect daily staple

I wear this everyday in the fall and winter. Looks good with sweats or jeans. Warm but not bulky so all types of jacket work over this thermal.
