Goldenrod Herb Tea Bag

Amazingly delicious!

This tea is not only delicious, but for myself it does the trick. I let my tea steep for about 30mins before drinking it every other day, and it has helped with the numbness/stiffness in my body from my hypothyroidism. As well as a changed diet, this has helped me reduce the amount of blood clots during my cycle, give me more energy and help keep my face clean from pimples! I’m not 100% sure how it’s doing for my iron levels as I still need to get it checked…but this goldenrod tea is delicious black!!
