Mustard Seeds - Red Tatsoi - Microgreens Seeds

Nice flavor

Germinated just fine, very pretty, and not too mustardy. I found these grow taller and faster when sown a little less densely than other mustards I've tried. Maybe 10-12 seeds per square inch.

The Red Tatsoi Mustard Microgreens were delivered promptly, I germinated them the same day that I received them, within 9 days they were ready for harvest. I incorporate them in my personal "Specialty Salad Mix"
