My boyfriend and I both have the Lennox necklaces- he’s obsessed with his but recently lost it outside- so I re purchased- great quality and always beautiful. Shipping was fast(order placed on Feb 11, and arrived Feb 14)

The necklace isn’t bad per se but the product photos for the gold vermeil version are misleading (there is also no clarification for it in the product description either) – there is no diamond/gemstone attached to it, contrary to what is shown in the photos. I was misled to purchase this version for the asymmetrical look that I found attractive, so needless to say I am disappointed.

Best costumer service and support
They have the best costumer support I have seen aside from Southwest. There was an issue with our purchase and they went out of their way to take care of it.
