Terrible Customer Service Experience Post-Purchase

I have sent email, left 3 voicemails, and even after finally getting through to someone over the phone assuring me that my inquiry would be looked after , I still have not received post-customer support. I was assured by a man named Bobby that my inquiry would be taken care of and here I am over 2 weeks later… still waiting. While I fully understand that we are all busy, customer support should not end once the customer’s money is taken and the order is shipped. I work full time in a chemistry lab and run a busy small business alone. Again, I am very familiar with customer service as well as how QA and QC departments function. This level of unprofessionalism is rare. I cannot confidently provide my customers with quality products if the simplest request of a CofA cannot be provided in a respectable time frame
