Just Ok

It looks nice, but none of the three cups sit flat. Each one of them wobbles and leans to a side. That doesn't seem correct. One of the tankards was scratched up where the bottom of the handle rests on the tankard. That's too bad. I don't know if these will hold liquid or not since they don't sit flat. Maybe there is something wrong with the seal. I'll never know, because I bought these to give as gifts. Too late now. Also the packaging was haphazard. One tankard wrapped in bubble wrap nicely for protection. Had the sticker and small pamphlet on the inside. The second and third one didn't have any bubble wrap. Plus the third didn't have the sticker or pamphlet. The three came in two separate boxes. The box with two tankards had one piece of paper the size of a lunch bag to protect during shipping.

XXL Tankard

My tankard came and it was completely broken from the bottom up. I tried to contact the customer service department to return product for a new one but despite 3 attempts to reach out, no one has contacted me. Not only that, but the other 4 mugs I bought had very poor craftsmanship that the handles are so high and rims so narrow, you are unable to drink from them without spilling them. For the money paid, without a doubt, not worth it.

Nice

Tankard overall very nice and pretty. However it has place on bottom that appears to be patched that looks like it was dropped and chipped then patched over rather roughly with epoxy.
