Lovely bangle, excellent customer service

I ordered a bangle for my wife as a surprise. To gauge the size, I secretly measured her watch bracelet and used that as guide. I didn’t allow for slipping the bangle over her wrist. She was absolutely delighted with the bangle but it was too small. I returned the bangle to John Garland-Taylor with an explanation and apology. A correctly sized bangle was sent to me by return of post, simply excellent service. The bangle is really good quality and I would happily recommend these good people.
