Well made seat covers, with waterproof backing. Great for those of us in Florida who drive home from the beach with damp swim trunks and wet towels. Car seats stay dry. The only issue is minor: these covers drape over the car seats. They aren't fitted with ties and straps. But that's not a flaw. And, it makes them easy to remove for washing.
