The idea is great!
I had to change it to go with the family taste and my detoxification diet. Made lasagna w/o pasta but using eggplants or squash and zucchini. Chicken breast marinated for the week and salmon marinated for the week.

Unfortunately, the font is crazy. I'm not sure what thm-E or thm-S means but it's distracting. And again, this is not for the single person. She even states these recipes are for 4-6 people so that's a lot of recalculating or many days of left overs. I wish Kati had stated that her products don't fit everyone, I would have looked elsewhere. However, the recipes are well organized and they may be good for holiday pot lucks or something, the future is always in motion.
