These guys are the real deal. Absolutely over the top service! Had a miscommunication with an order for a wrench and seal kit. They refunded me for the original order, then overnighted the correct order at no charge. The owner actually answered on his cell phone way after hours and talked us through an issue with disassembly of the trim unit. Never seen anything like it. Worked, but…

Worked but the open end of the wrench was bent all up and I only got 4pins that fit the tilt cylinder when I only need 2 and not the smaller pins for the trim cylinder.
