Beautiful but flawed

Beautiful dress, but unfortunately it came with many pulls around the flowers and a small snag on the dress too. The neck and chest also need to be tightened. Fortunately they will be reimbursing some of the tailoring cost.

I don’t tend to order online, but the communication throughout with my plethora of questions prior to going through with it was amazing! Double and triple checking measurements and customisations I provided and excellent customer services! I got a customised version as I wanted a more closed back, no train and my measurements didn’t fit in the range online. It fits so well and is absolutely gorgeous! I'm sooooo excited to wear it for my wedding alongside my qun kwa later on this year and other events in the future as it’s so versatile. A massive nod to those who want to embrace both modern and traditional sides of a Chinese wedding.

gorgeous dress, great service

I ordered the Celeste dress with custom sizing for my wedding dress. The guide they sent for collecting measurements made it super easy, since I was not able to get them professionally done. The dress arrived sooner than expected, fit great, and was absolutely gorgeous. There were two small spots on the torso of the dress (very small, but noticeable upon close inspection). When I reached out to East Meets Dress about it, they responded promptly and after their recommended trip to a local dry cleaners, the dress looks perfect. East Meets Dress made getting my wedding dress so easy and I can't wait to wear it on the day!
