Ridiculous Customizing-Looks Terrible

Highly dissatisfied with the customizing. There was no mentioned "letter limit" or length regarding space. I requested a short phrase and it was put on so tiny, it's hardly readable and looks ridiculous!!!! Had there been a limit, I would have followed that. Had they contacted me, I would have changed it. There was no care or consideration put into the actual look of the finished product with the type so tiny.
