Replacement Lid
The original lid handle failed after a little more than a year. I talked to Spike and they said they would send a new one. I asked how much and they told me no charge. I was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service!

Excellent Customer Service
The handle to my lid had fallen off. I contacted Spike and they sent me a replacement lid. Functions perfectly.
