Unable to wear as prong doesn't fit the backing

The minute (difficult to handle) backings do not fit the prong, so tight one would need strong tweezers/pliers to separate them. No response from emails to Carat about this problem. Shame as the earrings themselves are lovely.

Purchased the 1 carat - perfect size & not overly big. Very light weight & long post. Sitting next to my diamond earrings - can’t really tell the difference which is great! Would recommend if you are unsure!
