I love the loud mouth! It works so well at curling my hair and with the long barrel it’s so quick. I’ve taken advantage of the sales and given them as gifts.

Quality has declined

I've been using this brand for years. It seems like the quality has gone completely downhill over the past couple years. Springs go bad quickly.

Great Tool except for the spring in the clip

I really like this curling iron, but I have been disappointed because I have had two and each one of them after about 6 to 8 months, the spring breaks in the clip and I can no longer use it. Customer service is wonderful because after the first one broke they sent me another curling iron. After the second one broke, they sent me a gift card. So A++ for customer service!
