**Update*** - Poor Customer Service

***Update*** - After posting this initial review, August Berg Customer Service reached out and gave me the information needed in order to complete the return process. The website advertises exchanges, but after spending several hundred dollars and needing an exchange, I have been trying to reach Customer Service for three weeks with no response at all.
