After receiving and getting the helmet in some sunlight I noticed a crack in the carbon fiber. After exchanging a couple of pictures and finally getting them to agree that it does indeed fall short of quality it needs replacement or repair which can take up to 3 weeks while they hold my finances. Hostage and I miss out on expensive events. This is a review of the seller more than the product but the product arrived defective.
