Worth the price
Love this product, was previously using a yoga block I drilled holes through it to fit over the bar and it worked alright but it was to soft/foamy and would fall off the bar and wouldn’t hold the weight but sink into the foam. This is clearly superior and worth every penny. I enjoy this product for getting more bench volume and more tricep work as someone with long forearms my chest touchpoint requires my elbows to be far below parallel and that can create more damage and sometimes strains when I up my bench volume. Plus the specificity of bar path with tricep emphasis is nice for skill acquisition instead of CG Bench
