Excellent purchase!~ I bought these mittens to support my climb to Mount Kilimanjaro. They performed outstanding keeping my hands perfectly comfortable during the 9 hour climb. I did go through one set of batteries at low power. Even without the heating elements they were well insulated and warm. I was supported with my questions by Colton who even helped me expedite my order. Highly recommend
