I ordered a charm for my daughter’s birthday but the clasp was not quite large enough to fit on her bracelet. I asked if I could possibly order a larger clasp . They were so quick to respond and quickly organised me a larger clasp to be fitted, no quibbles or charges. Absolutely fantastic service, would highly recommend and will definitely be using again . I don’t often get good service these days and it’s so lovely and such a lovely surprise when people actually do go out of their way to help .
