Pretty good

The jewelry is nice and all good i just had some issues with the shipping. I did mess up and put an incomplete address on accident because i was in a hurry which is totally my bad which is why I was understanding. I was just confused why it allowed it to ship all the way to my city without the address number. while it was in my city i contacted Kozakh to try to get them rerouted because the product was still in my city. Instead i had to pay another shipping fee for them to send them all the way back then back again which took over a week more. I just feel like it could have been prevented or handled a little bit better.
