Splinter Forcep with Magnifier

Great product

Overall this is a winner — if you can fit it into your First Aid Kit or your Grooming/Hygiene Kit or whatever, it's worth the 5 bucks. There are some bits that could be better, but first off, the stuff that's great: the magnifier's what I need for my 50-year-old eyes, the tweezers have a good, sharp point on them to really get at that stuck splinter or stinger, and the best part is that the hinge is set with a stop point so the magnifier is always the exact distance away from the tweezer points and nothing's out of focus. WHAT COULD BE BETTER: the magnifier seems to be about 1.25x or 1.5x max, which could stand to be a little bit more, and it would be great if the hinge stop point could be overridden or if the tweezers could be removed from the magnifier completely. This is not dealbreaker stuff — like I said, it's awesome — just some thoughts that might make a difference to you. I'm not a professional anything, I'm just a regular person who likes to be prepared and who likes to do long bicycle camping trips — this went into my bikepacking First Aid Kit.

Thank the LORD I've not had to use the product but I can say the service is outstanding. Having taken one of trauma classes,I know the product is top notch
