Shrinking product

Everything in the set shrank to small to fit the king sized bed and pillows, after the first wash!

Customer Service

I know this review is supposed to be about the product but I'm more impressed with the customer service at this time. I've been using these sheets for a while. I recently ordered Vilano sheet set but needed more queen pillowcases in sky blue which were sold out. I emailed hoping to get an ETA and received help immediately. Melissa was awesome and helped me get what I needed. Excellent customer service in a time where there is almost none anymore. I really appreciate it.
