Correct information on paint application is needed when ordering the paint

Ordered the base coat and mid coat. When the order arrived the instructions said that 5 to 7 applications of the mid coat were necessary. Therefore I did not have enough mid coat to finish the job. Ended up with half a can of base coat and not enough mid coat. If the web site had specified the 5-7 mid coats (instead of the 2-5) I would have ordered the larger size of the mid coat. Now I have to order more of very expensive, overpriced paint to finish a very small fairing. The price of the paint is going to cost more than the charge for all the work that goes into restoring, finishing and painting the fairing. The paint itself looks a to be a good match to the original paint.
