PTFE Tubing
The service was good overall, but there was an issue with product availability. After placing my order, I was informed that one of the colors I requested (orange) was out of stock, which delayed the order by several weeks. If not for that issue, this would have been a 5-star experience.

Good tubing, not clean
I was impressed with the rigidity and kink resistance of the tubing for how thin the wall was. The tubing did not have separate packaging withing the shipping box, so it arrived covered in dust/fibers due to static cling. Cleanliness is critical for our application, so this was not an ideal choice.
