Harris Starbrite Beer Finings (30ml)

Good all rounder

Although you can get dedicated finings for different types of home-brew I use this for all my cider, lager, stout and ale kits & it never fails to give crystal clear brews in just a few days for all of them. Sets the sediment well so does not rise when kegging and enough for 3 x 40 pint batches per bottle so good value.

Seems to do the job ok

Seems to clear my bottled brews quite nicely. Perhaps not quite the crystal clear of a supermarket beer, which I guess would require filtration, but for me that's part of the charm of a live, "real" ale brewed at home. I should add; I am a big fan of the Harris products and also thoroughly recommend Pure Brew.
