Everyone at Urban Machina is capable and skilled. Anytime I have had any maintenance done on my scooter, the super friendly staff always goes above and beyond to make sure my ride is like showroom new again. Their prices are fair and competitive. I have nothing but praises for the Urban Machina team.

In the 3 years of purchases of 3 scooters I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering entering into the world of electric scooters. The quality is top notch and because they warranty and service them means you don't have to ship it offshore if a repair is needed which these days can be costly.
