Great customer service

I absolutely love this company. I have purchased several bracelets over the last 5 years for myself and for gifts. I have sent back bracelets to have them restring at no cost. They respond to emails promptly. Very professional and I highly recommend them. I purchased the stillness bracelet for my daughter as a gift and she loves it.

I bought 5 'Still' bracelets. I spent over $200.00. One of the bracelets I bought was for myself. My bracelet broke when I went to put it on my wrist. Their website did not offer me the opportunity to reach out with my circumstance and looking for resolution. Yep, disappointed.
