I love this brand of shoes, they are the best on the market to work long shift, I have been buying this brand since 5 years ago , last longer and are lighter than any kind of shoes, so comfy.

I’m going to order another pair. So comfortable. The only problem is that they make a noise when I walk! I guess it’s the real leather!

Return process issue

I am returning the Gretchen boots as they didn’t fit properly and it’s costing me to return them. I had already ordered a second pair of boots so this was not considered an exchange. Difficult to get correct fit when ordering online. Do not appreciate being charged to return purchase for a refund. I will not be ordering again from this store. While I understand your philosophy, the price of the shoes over power the need to charge a restocking fee.
