Triple 4" Drawer #019

We have purchased Interior Cabinet Solutions' pull-out drawers for two houses now. The latest order arrived last week, installed without any issues, and work & look great. Highly recommended for making lower cabinet spaces more effective and convenient to access.

The quality construction drawers open and close easily with one finger. The drawers install quickly. We gained fifty percent more cabinet storage. It’s very easy to access or bottom cabinets now. I highly recommend them and plan on buying more in the future.

We like the final product but assembly was quite difficult mainly due to deficiencies in the written instructions. It is not obvious that the latch plate inside the drawer guides are movable and become mispositioned when the guides that attach to the frame are withdrawn from the guides attached by factory to the drawers. Please add a note describing correct positioning before drawer insertion. Otherwise, drawer latches too early and won't insert fully. One of the guides attached by factory to a drawer was shipped bent. The center screw was not tightened and the gap was wide enough to prevent that drawer from inserting. Took a lot to eliminate any of my installation errors and find the improperly assembly - by factory. The product is expensive and should not have these problems. I am an experienced assembler and recognize a poor quality product. I wrote instruction manuals most of my career in the nuclear industry and know when critical notes are necessary. I called the number listed on the instructions for help and left a message. No response received. Also, the video on your web site did not help me understand why drawers would not fully i insert due to latch plate misalignment.
