Great Pattern

I am an experienced seamstress, but lack the time to tackle complex projects, so I appreciated the quickness that this pattern went together. The download was easy and the instructions and photos were clear. It looks and fits well. I had plenty of fabric so I made the peplum slightly fuller, and added a little to the back as I prefer a "beefier" closure. I didn't have any cording, so I made one top without, and the other I round braided some embroidery floss. I highly recommend this pattern.

Fits well

I made this for a Maplelea doll without any adjustments. I also changed it a bit as I was upcycling a child's dress. So the peplum was all one piece and embroidered across the bottom. I did find that the bodice was very plain without the lace down the front (I didn't have any to match), so I embroidered it to match the bottom.
